A: We will send engineer to the buyer's factory (If the buyer require) to commissioning the machines and training the operator.

B: Guarantee periods are 12 months from arrival date at buyer's factory. However the guarantee periods are not longer than 13 months after delivery date.

If the machines cannot work properly during the guarantee periods, and the problems are caused by the designations or techniques of the machines; we will send the spare parts and/or the engineers (if necessary) to the Buyer's factory.

C: After guarantee period we will send engineer on the Buyer's request. The service charge will be negotiated by the Buyer and the Seller.

D: Users can consult with the relevant technical issues on line, and then gain a specific solution.
